Munich B2B workshop: sustainability, EU Quality Schemes and a guided tasting
On 10 November 2025 (13:30–14:20), we delivered a B2B workshop in Munich at the Weitblick building, next to the Olympic Park area. The session invited HoReCa professionals, importers/distributors and media to explore the programme’s approach to sustainability through a concise, trade-oriented format combining education and tasting.
The workshop was integrated into the “Vinum Wein Tour” masterclass programme organised by Vinum Magazine, ensuring the activity reached an audience already engaged with wine education and category trends. The session was led by Harald Scholl, wine educator and Editor-in-Chief at Vinum, whose profile and moderation helped frame the topic in a credible way for a professional German audience.
The content followed a clear structure: a short theory segment focusing on sustainability and EU Quality Schemes, followed by a guided tasting designed to connect sustainability claims to the product experience. In total, 34 participants attended the workshop (see attendee list in annex). Nine wines were presented:
- Tomillas Airén 2025 (DO La Mancha)
- En Contacto 2023 (DOP Jumilla)
- Piqueras Wild Fermented 2024 (DO Almansa)
- Marqués de Castilla Rosado 2024 (DO La Mancha)
- Pure Santa Cruz de Alpera 2024 (DO Almansa)
- Carchelo Rosé 2024 (DOP Jumilla)
- Alaya Tierra 2022 (DO Almansa)
- Juan Gil Parcelas Selectas 2023 (DOP Jumilla)
- 1853 Reserva de la Familia 2016 (DO La Mancha)
Alongside the masterclass, products from all programme partners were displayed together under the campaign image, reinforcing the “basket” approach and helping participants visualise the breadth of the offer beyond the tasting line-up.
