The WorldFood Poland fair, held from April 16 to 18, 2024 in Warsaw, Poland, brought together a diverse audience of food enthusiasts and industry professionals. With over 5,500 visitors, this prominent event is known as a key meeting point for discovering innovative trends, exploring new products, and connecting with leading players in the food and beverage industry. It also served as a vital platform to showcase sustainable food products and foster meaningful connections within the sector.

The event was strategically chosen for its large audience and relevance to the sector, providing the perfect backdrop to highlight the high quality, rich tradition, and eco-friendly practices of European food products. The event’s focus on sustainability aligned seamlessly with our mission to promote the environmental and social benefits of responsible food production, making it an excellent opportunity to introduce some of our sustainable pillars and showcase the commitment of our partners.
Our Stand: A Visual and Culinary Showcase
Our meticulously designed stand captured attention with its branded setup, including roll-ups, banners, among many other elements. Products were thoughtfully displayed to reflect their origins and quality, creating a welcoming space for interaction and discovery not only of the products but their sustainable process of creation. The stand embodied the essence of European culinary heritage while emphasizing sustainability at every turn.
Interactive Experiences with Food and Wine
Throughout the event, our stand buzzed with activity as visitors stopped by to sample food and wine tastings led by two sommeliers and three event hostesses. These experts guided guests through the rich flavors and sustainable practices behind the offerings, engaging them in conversations about the importance of local and responsibly sourced ingredients. Informative leaflets were distributed to ensure attendees left with a deeper understanding of our mission.
Engaging with a Diverse Audience
The event attracted a wide range of visitors, from young adults aged 18 to 35, who are trend-conscious and value sustainability and high-quality food, to household decision-makers aged 35 to 55, focused on making thoughtful choices for their families. Additionally, industry professionals such as importers, distributors, and buyers were also present, providing opportunities to discuss the importance of sustainability within the broader market. Our stand became a hub for meaningful interactions, allowing us to connect with these groups, engage in valuable conversations, and emphasize the values underpinning our sustainable practices.
